Applications and leases

Configurable applications, secure applicant access, decisions, leases, move-in, and the tenancy ledger.

Applications — configure versioned questions, evidence requirements, consent, retention, and publication per Listing. Enquiries and showing appointments lead into a secure applicant draft. Owners can review parties, references, documents, history, request missing information, record decisions, and send an explicit decision email.

Applicant privacy — applicants resume through an applicant-scoped secure link. Their answers, documents, enquiry session, and tenancy portal are not exposed through tenant AI credentials or public documentation links.

Tenancies — create a tenancy from an accepted application or directly from a Home. The tenancy workspace owns occupants, lease versions, signatures, deposits, insurance, keys, appointments, condition reports, repairs, activation, ending, cancellation, and the accrual ledger. Historical financial and legal records are corrected through explicit lifecycle actions rather than silent deletion.
