Choose a Home and, where relevant, a Project and Room. Then start one of the available outcomes: renovate a room, prepare and list a rental, apply to a rental, understand rental profitability, or continue an existing journey.

Goals joins canonical records into a readiness view. It shows what is complete, what needs evidence, and which legal, security, or data requirements block the next step. User-created checklist items can guide work but cannot create a hard system blocker.

For renovation, the project brief captures the problem, desired outcome, non-goals, urgency, budget intent, quality level, occupancy, and household constraints. For a rental, the strategy captures the offer and legal eligibility assumptions. The guide then deep-links into the screen that owns each record.
